Reminders
All rehearsals are mandatory. If you can’t attend, please contact Cindy Berry at cberry1314@gmail.com.
We can’t achieve the necessary ensemble balance and fluency without all members so please make this a priority.
On the day of our concerts, we will meet to rehearse at 12:30 pm in Bailey Hall, warm-up and have a short rehearsal. The Concerts will start promptly at 2:00pm.
Concert dress is all black. Tuxedos aren’t necessary but black shirts, black slacks, black socks and shoes are appropriate for the men. The women should wear a black top and black slacks, or a long black dress or skirt with black shoes.
Please remember that after each rehearsal and concert everyone needs to stack their chair and stand in the appropriate racks backstage. All percussion should be stored in an organized fashion backstage as well.
* For all newbies and returning members: Enter from the south side parking lot where the walkway leads to the lobby of Bailey Hall - enter through the glass doors to the left of Bailey Hall Lobby - continue on through two sets of solid doors - after the second set of solid doors, look for double doors to your left which leads to a stairwell. Go up three levels to the first door on the left - you have arrived!

I want to thank all who attended our first rehearsal this past Monday. We are off to a great start!
We will concentrate our time for the next rehearsal on Variations on a Korean Folksong, Ngoma Za Kenya, America the Beautiful, Country Gardens and Espana Cani.
The Rehearsal Audio page has been updated with all charts available so far.
I look forward to seeing you next Monday. A reminder, we will not rehearse on September 7, due to the Labor Day Holiday!

Our first rehearsal is tomorrow night, Monday, August 24,2026 at Bailey Hall, BC central campus from 7 - 9:30 pm.
Many of you have already let Cindy or me know your status for this season. If you haven’t replied yet, please do so as soon as possible.
